Atlanta Dinner Club
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 18, 2026
Atlanta Dinner Club matches people in Atlanta into small tables over dinner. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at joinatlantadinnerclub@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the sign-up form, we collect your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it (it's optional).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site or submit the form, we also receive technical and marketing data: your IP address, browser and device information (user-agent), the page and referring link you came from, and advertising tags such as UTM campaign parameters and Facebook browser/click identifiers. Some of this is set through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To email you about upcoming dinners and let you know when a table has a date.
- To plan events and thoughtfully match and seat people at tables.
- To run and measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our sign-up form.
Advertising and measurement (Meta)
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand which ads bring people to us. To do this, we share event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. — including a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email and name and the Facebook identifiers described above. Hashing means Meta does not receive your email or name in readable form. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage ad and cookie preferences in your Facebook settings and your browser.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information — ever.
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform their work for us:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and processes form submissions.
- Supabase — stores the sign-up list securely.
- Meta — advertising measurement, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our guests and our club.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're part of the community list, or until you ask us to remove you. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your details from our active list.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. You can also ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email joinatlantadinnerclub@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We will not sell your personal information or discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Atlanta Dinner Club is for adults. Our events and sign-up are intended for people 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
